During this 6 week beginner yoga series, you will learn the foundations of a yoga class. A wonderful way to start your yoga practice, this will include breathing techniques, intention setting, posture break downs, and how to relax at the end of class. Classes will be workshop style allowing you to ask questions and spend time on the fundamentals of postures and transitions between them.
