Too much sugar, caffeine, stress or processed food can strain the body’s natural detoxification function to a sluggish pace. This can result in a buildup of toxins that can leave you fatigued and suffering from poor digestion and maybe even disease. Start 2018 off on the right foot by joining us for an invigorating, and rejuvenating yoga detox. This 1.5 hour class combines postures (asana), and breathing techniques (pranayama) to help you get rid of toxins that may have built up during the holiday season. Throughout the practice, Pam Velez, Registered Yoga Teacher and Holistic Health coach will share various postures and breathing techniques that will support the body’s natural detoxification process by increasing circulation, compressing and twisting internal organs and encouraging relaxation. Postures will be offered with various options to suit all levels.

Jumpstart the New Year with new information and tools to live a less toxic and healthier life. Attendees will leave the workshop feeling lighter, healthier and better informed to make the healthiest decisions possible in 2018.
