Mixed Membership $109 every month • Unlimited visits • The mixed membership includes access to any and all yoga classes included in the monthly auto draft membership (gentle, flow, core flow, prenatal, and yin) as well as access to any Barre fit and adult dance classes.
Duo Auto Draft MIXED Membership $140 every month • Unlimited visits • Class is always more fun for two! Unlimited visits for all regularly scheduled yoga, barre, and adult dance for 2 people (couples, family members, etc.).
This class will focus on the basics of ballet with the majority of the class working on the barre. We will explore not only the specific steps themselves, but what they mean and how to achieve them by using the correct muscles and intention. Students will be able to walk away from this class with a deeper understanding of how the body works to achieve movement and how the work at the barre translates into center work. There will also be a focus in stretching. The stretches in this ballet class will focus on proper alignment in order to enhance the lines of the dancer.
