Change is tough even for adults! As kids finish their time in elementary school and prepare to enter middle school, the tools learned in this class can provide balance and ease stress from the many changes ahead of them.

Students will learn how to gradually develop a meditation practice and use pranayama techniques to reduce stress and anxiety. They will practice asanas and sun salutations to build strength, flexibility, and wellness and will be introduced to deep relaxation practices.

This series will provide ideas and tools to ease anxiety and stress associated with the natural changes of entering their teen years.
